This 2-day Seminar is structured for one-on-one instructions with some group lecture. The emphasis is on teaching caricature techniques & skills on facial expressions. Students will learn the concepts of how to design, layout & carve a face. For those interested in competing in whittling contest, this Seminar will be a big help! Dallas will talk about some of the secrets to winning a whittling contest. The project will include learning how to layout & carve a face out of a block of wood 1 1/2" X 1 1/2" X 5". This Seminar required a minimum of 6 students, but no more than 12. It is designed for intermediate & advanced carving skills.
